很單純
不用使用cffile讀取然後寫出
直接用下面的語法

首先因為遠端的XML是代入參數才動態產生的，所以沒辦法直接去抓檔來讀取
使用 cfhttp 這個tag產生一個request呼叫來得到要得到的response也就是XML格式文件
